Terms and conditions

1. Scope: Ads, Brand and Ads+Brand packages; A-to-Z management and add-on services are excluded. Available to clients selling on Amazon for business purposes (companies and individual sellers alike).
2. How the difference is applied: The one-month difference between the competitor's monthly price and our package's monthly price is not paid in cash; it is credited in 6 equal instalments against your next 6 monthly invoices. If the package ends before 6 months, the remaining instalments are not applied.
3. Price condition: Only the competitor's exact monthly price, publicly posted on its own official website on the request date, is accepted. "Starting at" prices, price ranges, quote-based, promotional, trial and negotiated prices are not accepted. Ad spend or revenue-share percentages, setup fees and similar charges are added to the total price. The requester provides the competitor's page link and a dated screenshot.
4. Equivalent service: The competitor's package must state in writing all of the following: a dedicated account consultant; the same scope (advertising management and/or listing and account management); product and ad spend limits equal to or higher than ours; the same Amazon marketplace; the same call frequency; a monthly contract.
5. Evaluation: BoldRanks reviews the request and gives its decision in writing. The burden of proof rests with the requester. If the conditions are not met, the package's list price applies.
6. Request timing: The request must be submitted in writing (email or form) before the first payment and is not valid unless confirmed in writing by BoldRanks. Requests made after the first payment are not considered.
7. This is a unilateral commercial offer by BoldRanks; it is not a core contractual obligation or a guarantee of results or price. BoldRanks may change or end this offer with prior notice; requests already confirmed in writing are not affected.
