Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BOLDRANKS LLC ("Boldranks", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request a free analysis, book a meeting, become a member, or use the Boldranks app and our Amazon services.
Version 1.1 · Last updated: 28 October 2026
Our services are intended for businesses. We treat everyone who contacts us or signs up as a representative of a business. One policy applies in every country; Section 13 adds the information that applies in specific regions.
1. Who We Are
BOLDRANKS LLC, 7901 4th Street North 16882, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Email: notices@boldranks.com.
For the data we collect for our own purposes (website, inquiries, membership, billing, security and marketing), Boldranks decides how the data is used. Boldranks is the controller of the data it collects for these purposes. To the extent we process personal data in your Amazon accounts only to provide the services on your company's instructions, we act as a processor (service provider) on behalf of your company, in line with the Membership and Service Agreement.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, business email, phone number (required on the free deck form, optional on other forms), company legal name, address, country, tax number, the marketplaces and package you choose, your messages, the files you upload, meeting notes and your conversations with our chatbot.
- Panel password: we store it only in a one-way encrypted (hashed) form; nobody at Boldranks can see it.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank account details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are not stored by us. We receive limited information such as the card brand, the last four digits, the billing address and the payment status.
- Meetings: when you book a meeting through Google Calendar, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, date and time, and security logs. Our sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is using the form; Cloudflare processes technical data for this check.
- Acceptance and service records: when you accept the Membership and Service Agreement, we record your email address, the date and time, your IP address, your browser information, the version of the Agreement and of this Privacy Policy shown to you, and the package you selected. We also record email verifications, panel sign-ins, cancellations and the emails and reports we send to you.
- Data from your Amazon accounts: see Section 3.
- Required information: the fields marked as required on our forms are needed to create your account, issue invoices and provide the service you request. If they are not provided, we may be unable to do so. Optional fields and marketing boxes are never a condition of service.
- How we collect it: directly through our forms, emails, meetings, the chatbot and the files you upload; automatically through browser storage, the session cookie, server logs and security checks; and from Amazon and our data providers through the authorizations you grant.
3. Amazon Account Data
- You connect your Amazon accounts through Amazon's own authorization screen. We never ask for your Amazon password.
- Depending on the services you choose, this data may include listings and catalog data, orders and sales figures, inventory and fulfillment data, advertising campaigns, keywords and spend, account health, fees and settlements, and Brand Registry and brand analytics data.
- We request only the permissions needed for the services you choose.
- The Boldranks app works by combining data from Amazon and from other data providers. Some Amazon data is also obtained through these providers.
- We do not request the contact details of your shoppers for our services. If a report from Amazon contains shopper personal data, we use it only as needed for the service and never for marketing.
- We follow the Amazon policies that apply to us when we handle Amazon data, including Amazon's data protection requirements.
- You can withdraw our access at any time: in Seller Central under Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps, and in the Amazon Ads console under user and access settings. Services that depend on this access stop when access is withdrawn.
4. How We Use Data and Our Legal Bases
- To provide the services, the Boldranks app, reports, recommendations and meetings: to perform our contract with you.
- To create and manage your membership, collect payments and meet tax and accounting rules: to perform our contract and to comply with legal obligations.
- When you act for a business customer and are not personally a party to the contract, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with that business, managing its account, providing the services and collecting payment.
- To verify your email address at sign-up, prevent fraud and misuse, keep our systems secure, keep records that prove acceptance of the Agreement and delivery of the services, and defend ourselves in payment disputes and legal claims: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To answer your questions and prepare the free analysis or sample report you request: to take steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interests.
- To improve our services: our legitimate interests (see Section 6).
- To send marketing emails and messages: your consent (see Section 8).
5. Recommendations and Automated Processing
The Boldranks app not only shows data; it also produces recommendations, for example on bids, keywords, prices or inventory. Recommendations are generated automatically from your account data and market data. They are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of any result.
Changes in your Amazon accounts are made by you, or by Boldranks within the scope of the service and the access you have granted. We do not make decisions about you as an individual that are based solely on automated processing and that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Some features, such as our chatbot and parts of the recommendations, may use artificial intelligence services provided by third parties that process the data on our behalf.
6. Aggregated Data
Your data belongs to you, and we use it to provide the service. We may also use aggregated data, combined in such a way that your identity and information specific to you cannot be identified, to improve our own algorithms and services and to create new products. Where the source data includes personal data, creating the aggregated data remains subject to data protection law. We treat aggregated data as non-personal only where no individual can be identified from it, directly or indirectly; otherwise it remains subject to this Policy.
7. How We Share Data
- Service providers that work for us: hosting and server providers, Cloudflare (form protection), Google (business email, calendar and website fonts), Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, artificial intelligence service providers, the data providers our app works with, and our staff, freelancers and subcontractors, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Amazon: when we work in your Amazon accounts, Amazon receives data under its own terms.
- For legal reasons and defense: when required by law, a court order or a public authority; and, to the extent necessary, to a payment provider, bank, our lawyer or a court in order to defend ourselves in a payment dispute or legal claim.
- Business transfers: if our business or the Agreement is transferred to another company, data is transferred with it under the terms of this Policy.
We do not sell personal data.
8. Marketing Choices
- Free deck form: a single consent box covers sending the deck to your email, informational and promotional emails, and phone calls to the number you give. The free deck is prepared on the basis of this consent, so the box is required. The newsletter box on the same form is optional.
- Phone calls: we may call the number you give about your deck, our services and our offers.
- The marketing boxes on our other forms are optional. If you leave them empty, no service is restricted; free analyses, sample reports and replies are still sent.
- Box 1, Boldranks emails: emails about Boldranks' own Amazon services, offers and free resources. Frequency varies. If you tick it, you first receive an ad-free confirmation email; without confirmation we send no marketing email.
- Withdrawing consent: for emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; for phone calls, tell us during the call that you no longer want to be called; for all of them, write to notices@boldranks.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect a deck already sent. We apply your request without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.
- What we record: to prove your consent, we record the date and time, IP address, page, the version of the text shown and the boxes you ticked.
- Service emails: verification codes, payment notices, cancellation confirmations, reports and other service-related emails are part of the service and are not marketing.
9. International Transfers
Boldranks is based in the United States, and your data is processed in the United States. Some of our service providers may process data in other countries. Where the law of your country requires it, we use safeguards recognized by that law for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the United Kingdom's addendum to them. For transfers from Turkey, we follow Article 9 of Law No. 6698. You may request information about these safeguards and a copy of them at notices@boldranks.com.
10. How Long We Keep Data
- Acceptance records and the text of the Agreement you accepted: for at least 10 years after the Agreement ends, as provided in the Agreement; longer only where a legal requirement or an unresolved dispute requires it.
- Membership, billing and tax records: for the duration of the membership and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Amazon account data: only while the service and app access continue and as permitted by the applicable Amazon policies. When access is withdrawn or the membership ends, we delete it or make it anonymous in line with those policies; we keep only the data that the law requires or that is strictly needed to defend legal claims.
- Marketing consent records: for as long as the consent continues, and afterwards for as long as needed to prove it.
- Security logs and records of service delivery: for as long as needed for security and to prove that the services were delivered.
- Inquiries from people who did not become members: for as long as needed to answer and follow up on the inquiry.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, passwords stored only in hashed form, access limited to the people involved in the relevant work, and confidentiality obligations for staff and subcontractors. Because transmission and storage over the internet are never completely secure, we do not guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your data, we inform you by email without delay and notify the authorities where the law requires it.
12. Your Rights
You may ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, provide it in a portable format, or stop using it on the basis of a consent you have withdrawn. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Send your request to notices@boldranks.com. We may need to verify your identity, and you may also make a request through an authorized representative. We respond within the time limits set by the law that applies to you. We may keep some data where the law requires it or to defend legal claims; if certain data is deleted, we may no longer be able to provide the service.
13. Information for Specific Regions
- European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: our legal bases are listed in Section 4. You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests and to direct marketing. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country; in the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
- Turkey: we collect personal data by fully or partly automated means through the channels described in Section 2. We process it under the conditions of Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data: the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, and your explicit consent for optional marketing and the sharing described in Section 8. You have all the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law, including the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction and deletion, to learn the recipients in Turkey or abroad, and to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis. You can apply to us at notices@boldranks.com or by post to the address in Section 18. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within the time limits set by the Law. Where the rules on commercial electronic messages require it, consents are registered in the Message Management System (İYS), where you can also exercise your right to refuse.
- California and other U.S. states: to the extent these laws apply to us, we collect the categories of data described in Section 2 (identifiers, business and professional information, commercial information, and internet and device activity) for the purposes in Section 4. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request not to sell or share. You may ask to know, correct or delete your data, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. We use sensitive personal information, such as your panel login details, only to provide the services and keep your account secure, and not to infer characteristics about you. We keep each category of data according to the criteria in Section 10. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
- Other countries: if the law of your country gives you additional rights, contact us at notices@boldranks.com.
14. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use only the following cookies and browser storage, all of which serve the operation and security of the website: your language and currency preferences stored in your browser, a session cookie when you sign in to the panel, and the security check of Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts; to deliver the fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. This font service does not set cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. If we start using analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
15. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and not for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
16. Third-Party Services
Amazon, Stripe, Google and Cloudflare process data under their own privacy policies when they act as independent companies, and this Policy does not cover that processing. Providers that process data on our behalf do so under our instructions and are bound by data protection and confidentiality obligations.
17. Changes to This Policy
When we change this Policy, we publish the new version with a new version number and date. If a change materially affects members, we notify members by email before it takes effect. Earlier versions are kept on record.
